I’ve been dealing with these people for some time now and as an exchange it’s not bad or good. It does support South African currency and all the big coins. The issues however start with fiat deposits, on a weekend if I use capitec banking app to deposit fiat with the immediate pay feature (obviously extra cost incurred) you are welcome to do whatever you want but that account balance does not change. It’s quite sad as eft is an electronic automated process and should actually just work. The other thing is that if you do lose currency or a transaction is faulty they don’t give txid’s that I could find anywhere also there is no live support and they don’t answer their phones. Could be a good exchange, but will they pull up their socks and start giving decent service?
