I liked thisexchange, to my mind it is the most convenient platform for profession traders with good interface for spot and margin trade, but there is some disadvantages relaited to lack of trading pairs.

I am using this wallet from 2107 and it is very comfortable to use for sending and recieving ERC20 tokens. But there is some possibility to be hacked, you should be treated with caution when you visit different sites when your wallet is open.

I am using Atomic wallet for a long time, it is very convenient to use and very secure.
